This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Please read the information below carefully before proceeding.
What gets deleted
- Doctor profile and personal information
- Login credentials and authentication data
- App preferences and customization settings
- Notification settings and device tokens
- In-app messages and draft notes
What is retained
We retain different categories of data for different periods, as detailed in our Privacy Policy:
- Doctor account data: 3 years after subscription ends, or as required by applicable regulations
- Patient account data: 2 years after the last appointment
- Health and symptom information: 1 year after the doctor-patient relationship ends
- Identity verification documents (Aadhaar, PAN): Period required by law, then securely deleted
- Transaction records: 7 years to comply with financial and tax regulations
- Technical logs: 90 days, then deleted
